I am receiving 55mps to my router, but only 9mps download and 12mps upload to all my devices, laptop, phone, TV and games console.
I have no white light or amber light showing on my router when its booting up or when its on, the firmware is up to date and have rebooted it serval times.
I'm thinking I have a faulty router and it needs replacing.
am I right in thinking this

If there’s any delay, it may take up to 5 working days. Inside the package, you’ll find a returns bag. Please use it to send the old router back to us once your new one arrives. 🙂

The broadband doesn’t drop speed going to the router, the problem is the speed from the router to my devices, is as low as 9mps

Hi @jedi38 are you able to connect any devices to your router by ethernet and check the speeds then?
