Been with TalkTalk for a long time now (Over 6 years) and I am still using the same Router (Just renewed the Contact, so no New Router), I have to restart it at least 1 or 2 times a month, as it just stops.
Is it possible to get a newer Router to replace the one I have ?

Hi Chris, thanks for the reply. A bit pointless sending the older model out the same as the one I already have.
I was only seeing if there was an upgrade available anyway.
So, I will stick with the one I already have until the renewal comes up and go from there.
Regards
Mark

OK thanks. I can send a replacement router but it will be the same make and model, would you like me to arrange this?

Hi Chris, forgot to restart yesterday but will be restarting tonight, as it has been getting slower, so was going to get ahead of a complete stop..
Will be first retart this year.

Thanks. When was the last time that you had to restart the router as I can't see any recent reconnections?
