 #vpn nightmare please someone help I've been working from home for 5 years no problems - suddenly talk talk are telling me I can no longer use my VPN as it's messing my internet up it's vital I'm able to work from home as I'm disabled I don't understand how it can suddenly mess up my internet Ive seen some people saying about changing the setting?

It will help if you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

To add the lights are green but it says no internet available nothing works, netflix, phone, laptop they're sending a new router to see if it fixes the issues but why can't I use my VPN suddenly?! I really hope there's a fix for this I need it for my job 😓
