We have purchased a temporary router as our current one stopped working like no power to it  until we receive our new router for fibre 150 as we have no problem internet and data signal is shocking. The router will not connect to the internet? Any suggestions to help get us back on track. Any help will be appreciated thank you

it will not let me upload an image of my options

Why haven't you selected DHCP? TalkTalk do not use PPPoE so that will just send you down a blind alley.

Thank you for coming back, I did see those options but nothing matches the internet settings

DHCP when I do a health check it says basically can’t connect

pppoe - I can’t remember what it says think its user name and password, google said to use admin but it doesn’t connect

but static asks for isp / then default gateway / 1st isp 2nd isp

Unless I am missing something really obvious

Have you seen and followed the settings here?

Note any fibre connection, including fttc follow the fibre settings.
