Work VPN not working

Hello,

 

I have been unable to connect to my work VPN since Monday 16th September. All week I have been trying various fixes with my computer and even tried a replacement computer with no success, but now seeing the other posts this week with the same problems it seems that it is a TalkTalk settings issue. All the other devices in my house are still working fine.

 

Could you look into a fix for me as well please?

 

I am using Cisco Anyconnect VPN and my router is FAST 5364-3 T8.
