changed from 150 fiber to 500 fiber , yet my speed is still 150mpbs ,why ?

I upgraded to 500 fiber data only from 150 data only . Got the new eero 6 pro all up and running , i do a speed test and to my disappointment im still getting 150mpbs My new service went live yesterday , will it be a few days to get the new speed or what ?

if its not going to change , then its a waste of money switching and why call it 500 data , if im not getting close to 500mpbs

I'm sorry to hear this.

Please can you power down the eero and ONT for a full 30 minutes and then run another speed test?

If the speed doesn't increase after the 30 minute power down then please can you try connecting a device directly to the ONT to see how the speed compares.
