I have recently gone on to fibre 35 were i am guaranteed download speed of 35. I am only getting between 7 mbps-11 mbps download speed and a upload speed of 2-3 mbps. My go live date was 11 days ago. I have gone pass the 10 settle period. Also my fibre connection is often going off, one day it went off 13 times in one hour and 15 mins, it also goes off when using the telephone. Is it normal to have these issues when you first get fibre.

Thanks for that. Line test is still failing so I'll log this over to Openreach for investigation. Openreach will investigate and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

Thanks. If you have the mark 4 then there is a test socket, you have to remove the master socket faceplate to access it

Hello,

I've run a test on the line which has detected a potential fault. Are you experiencing any issues with the voice service such as noise on the line or no dial tone? Does your main socket also have a test socket please?

Thanks

Hello,

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Thanks

If you log into your router, what speeds are shown there for the internet (normally in the initial dashboard if a WiFi Hub)?
