I have now been connected to full fibre for 10 days and I have noticed no improvement to the speed I was getting before. Please can anyone help me? Graham29.

Morning,

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried powering down both the ONT and router for a full 30 minutes and then retested the speed again?

Thanks

Staff will be back to give support on Monday, @graham29.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

Morning,

Can I just confirm, what speeds did you upgrade to?

Thanks

What's the new package called, @graham29? There's FTTC Fibre65 and also full fibre, FTTP Fibre65, so being full fibre won't make a huge difference in itself unless you signed up for one of the much faster products.
