Good afternoon,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault and the connection looks stable for 8 days. Can I just confirm, have you tried powering down the router and then retesting this again? What speeds are you seeing at the moment if you run a speed test please?
