Hi
I have full fibre and lost my landline when it was installed. Recently I've found using my mobile frustrating as it keeps breaking up during important calls. Is it possible to have a landline reinstated and keep full fibre?
Thanks

HI CarolMaps76
Sorry it not possible to reinstate a copper line for the voice service, Its also not possible to add VOIP to an existing service through City Fibre, You can speak to our loyalty team (03451720088 ) who would have to place a new order and you would need to specifically ask for VOIP service.
Regards

This was never explained to me. I was told when I had Full Fibre installed that I would lose my landline.

It needs to have been ordered as VOIP at the time of ordering the full fibre, @CarolMaps76.
