HI,
I am new to the community. I tried to find the solution but seems like it's the problem with the eero.
I wanted to continue to ask on the same thread but also saw a comment to start as my own new topic.
So, the problem is whenever I click through from one website link to another then the message shows as :
If there are any other possible solutions, please advise.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Did you specifically add the site to the allow list? If the below doesn't work then can you provide the exact steps that you are following when accessing the site so we can try and replicate.
Home Tab
You'll need to ensure you already have a profile created in the app, check out creating a profile for more information on how to do this before proceeding
Typically when you add or remove a domain from your block or allow sites list or update a content filter setting it will take effect within a few seconds. However sometimes there are factors that may cause certain sites to take longer to be blocked or allowed. Cached information can be stored on your browser, computer or network. It can range from a few minutes to a few hours to update fully, which means it might take longer to apply your updated settings. This is especially true if you have visited the site recently. We recommend clearing your browser cache if you experience a delay in updating your settings.
Thanks

Hi,
Yes, it was working fine. Some of the sites are affected mainly when I click through another site it happens. But sites like amazon are working.
I did try turning it off for 30 mins but still, the same problem appears.
Thank you.

Hello,
Has this previously worked ok? Is this the only site affected? Have you tried powering down the ONT and eero for 30 minutes and then retested again?
Thanks

Hello,
Have you checked the below to see if the site has been blocked by the eero? Have you also had a look at the below Help Guide?
Blocking or Allowing websites with eero Secure - TalkTalk Help & Support
As well as being able to block content, you're also able to view which sites and content has been blocked across the network within the activity tab in your eero Secure app.
You'll be able to view which devices attempted to access which content, this is updated within an hour of the event.
Thanks
