I have noticed my firestick and various other devices connected to my eero router via 2.4ghz.
I run a speed test on my phone and getting 500mb download, firestick test only gets 70mbs and buffers a lot, how can I change it on to 5.0ghz when all I have when scanning for net works no 5.0ghz appears and don’t see any way on the erro app to change or turn i on, any help or advice, thanks ☺️

What WiFi channel is your Eero using in the 5GHz band, it is not something like 155 is it, if so, a lot of devices do not support such a high channel. To check:-
- Tap on one of your Eero mesh nodes (Gateway or Extender) to go to the Eero details page.
- Tap on the 5GHz tab.
- Tap on Wifi radios, the channel number is listed near the bottom.

Hi Cozimos
Apologies for this. Where do you see the 2.4ghz?
In the router settings/wifi settings does it not show the router name?
