Hi there
I have just moved into a new build flat with an openreach ONT set up. I have been trying to sign up with talktalk for almost 2 weeks. The reason I cannot complete a signup is because (my address is eligible) it does not show up under the installation address option. I have confirmed the address with both openreach and Royal Mail.
Someone on the chat box confirmed this was an issue with Talktalk and said that they had escalated but I just want to sort out internet.
May you please help me get this resolved so that I can sign up? I’ve added my address to the private notes of this
account.

I have checked our sales site Address Results | TalkTalk and your address does show in the list?
Have you actually spoke to the sales team?
