Hello All,
Today I had my Talk Talk Full 500 Fibre install and activated so that it is now live. I am unable to use it though as my Amazon Eero 6 Pro cannot be set up. Upon being plugged in the LED on the top flashes white and does not ever change. It has been left for about 2 hours (on the longest attemp) woth no change. I have tried all possible trouble shooting options available to me including power cycling the Eero and the ONT box ect..
Despite all this the Eero cannot be found by the app and continues to flash white, the Eero cannot even be hard reset as I have held the reset button for atleast 15 seconds several times and even up to a minute sometimes. The ONT box is 100% fine with solid green lights for power, LAN and PON and i have tested the connection by putting an ethernet from the ONT box to a laptop.
There is 100% no issue with the internet and the issue is absolutely this brand new Eero.
I am at my wits end and have np idea what to do now after speaking to suppprt for hours.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you cannot find the Eero in the app initially, this may be because your phone or whatever does not support WiFi 6, in this case, try a Bluetooth connection between the phone & Eero.
