I have full fibre 150. I get that speed from the modem but i can only get speeds of around 66bps to my lap top.
I have tried differnet rooms in the house plus having the lap top right next to the router.
Is this normal speeds or do I need a new router?

Thank you for your quick reply.
I can confirm that i have reset the router and set it up agian but still only getting speeds of 64mps and 156 mps to the main box

Hello,
Thanks for confirming. Have you tried factory resetting the router and then re-set this up again please? If there is no change following this then we can send a replacement router for testing purposes to rule this out.
Thanks

Good Morning
I can confirm that I am currently using the Wifi hub router. Which was supplied by City Fibre.
It is a older version hub and not the latest Erro one.

Good morning,
I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, are you currently using the Wifi Hub router?
Thanks

Hi @paulcs or you might need a new laptop? How does it go when connected with ethernet cable?
Either way your post has been escalated and you should hear tomorrow
