Hi BT due today between 1 and 6, apparently it takes up to 2half hours, it's now 4pm and still not arrived this has been ongoing since end August 23. Please can someone check this out.

Thank you. No one turned up so we rang TT who said we would have to call again today and rearrange. We are not happy, it has taken us since August to get this far.

Not the best way to check as this forum is only manned during normal office hours Monday to Friday and posts are dealt with in order.
