Renegotiated my contract but this month will have been billed incorrectly (old bill price) THREE times... £9.36 was added to my account last month with my expectation that my new contract price will come into effect on the next bill. I was wrong... My question - why am I being billed £9.36 more than what my contract is??

Like everyone else here, I have been charged an extra £10 for what is a basic contract, and pretty poor coneection. It's strange how every other provider seems to be offering me better deals with much more and TT seesm to be just going up in price for a lower grade service.

Thanks for your reply @Divsec . I can't answer my landline as I'm abroad making this even more frustrating for me, also using a local SIM so my mobile number is inactive. Can somebody please take a look at my account??

Hi @hayden did you have any boost which came to an end with your new contract? Your post has been escalated and you should hear soon but you can save a little time by adding your land line phone number to to your community profile so that your account can be identified.
Finally don't forget tt bill generally in advance.
