I’m at a stage of complaint for a delay in installation (given by talktalk) for which talktalk has absolved itself by saying that it goes by the date that bt Openreach  give (so as to avoid auto compensation). Dates are a month apart so I waited that long to be connected, made the obvious complaint to experience the same service as many in this community with regards to shocking communication and customer service. I was last contacted 10 days ago to be told that the complaint is now being handed over to ceo office. Unbelievable experience as they have left me high and dry!

How do I please make a serious complaint about the service in talk talk Iv had a year long struggle with constant  issues with the internet and communication with with technical support who have kept me on the phone for many hours I have missed countless days of work with promise of engineer who has never turned up and I’m at the end of my tether so how do I please take this higher

Many thanks for the info, to be honest I know the situation but thought that over 10 days was unreasonable for ceo complaints to have not replied so thought being on here may help with my predicament. Just trying to raise awareness of a very obvious lack of care and support from a supposed large company
