Hi all i just want to ask a few questions relating to my conntract coming to an end.

 

so my contract is up for renewal on the 8th of december and wondered if its normal that the upgrades and offers page is blank ? do i have to make contact with sales to get the best deal or whats the best procedure to get the best priced internet service based on my specific needs! There are lots of great deals from the other large providers and be good to see what talk talk can do for a long standing customer? sugestions welcome

My son as already explained the contractual penalties if i decide to leave talk talk this time! hopefully it wont come to that and they offer me a better deal but im not holding my breath on that ! Thanks though for the heads up

Personally, I would leave it a couple more weeks until you are in the last 30 days of your contract, at which point you are in a position to switch elsewhere without penalty.

Hi @mockingbirdmedia just to confirm have you tried to clear your browsing history and clear your cache, and cookies then retry to check if the offers are showing? Because you are able to renew your contract when you are 90 days to end of contract.
