As per the title, I keep getting an error message "error 403-forbidden" when trying to access the above pages.

This is as well as having no land line for the last 2 days. (I do know about the problem).

Everything else I’ve used today is working fine. It was only when I came to check out talktalk I had the problem.

 

Talktalk was working fine, yesterday.  I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case it was of any significance.

 

And if by magic, I’ve just tried it again, whilst writing this message,  and it’s now working ok.

Try something else outside of TalkTalk and see if it will allow you, this is to test if this is with TalkTalk directly or otherwise. If it allows then it will confirm your internet is fine and this is directly an issue on our end. Thanks

Except I can’t access the "my account" section (and possibly other things), as I get the same error message for that.

I Did a google search for talktalk mail. It came up with "portal.talktalk.co.uk/mail" which took me straight to my mail.

Hi there @Bondog1, please note that there's currently an outage affecting all digital voice service. I've provided an update below:

 

 

Latest update Monday 26th May 10am:

We're aware some customers may be experiencing issues making or receiving calls with their digital voice service (VoIP). 

 

Some customers may have received an automated SMS advising this has been resolved, this is still ongoing and we're sorry for any confusion caused.

 

Our engineers are working to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible. We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.
