Had FTTP fitted yesterday with Eero 6 and a Grandstream device . Good dialling tone. Have tried a different phone and the usual turn it all off and back on again. But still can't make or receive phone calls. Any ideas?
Also they have left the old copper phone line connected to the side of the house and this is still working. Is this usual?
