Cant connect

My router is flashing orange and I can't connect to network or Internet. I've followed all the troubleshoot advice, including connection test all showing OK. Spoke to tech support who said must be router, have had a replacement and still having same issue. Anyone had any similar experience, any remedies or solutions you were provided with?
