That YouTube video linked to by @DJI_MINI_2_SE , also refers to a mobile phone app that allows the TalkTalk customer to use the TalkTalk network on the go, via the landline/VOIP system. But TalkTalk has withdrawn that app.

Full Fibre went live 14th Feb. Landline is plugged in to old router fibre 65. Yes I did order 150 VoIP. Talk Talk have sent me the eero 6 but with no Digital Voice Adapter.

When did your Full Fibre go live? Did you specifically order a VoIP service? Has your existing landline already been disconnected?

Thank you, I think Talk Talk should have sent it with the router. I have had enough with this company. They are useless.
