City Fibre no show to repair fibre cable

Hi,
Our fibre cable was damaged on Sunday 10th December so internet does not work.
We have been promised engineer visits twice now and neither time has the engineer arrived.
We can't communicate with cityfibre directly.
We're extremely frustrated as we've spent a lot of time on the phone to TalkTalk with various promises but no results.

You need to return to the message board and click on start a topic.
