Communicating with a real person

Hi there, can anyone tell me how exactly to talk to a real person when you've got a problem or a question? Talk Talk seem obsessed with these virtual assistants and try as I might I can't get through to a human being! Yesterday I had a farcical and extremely annoying "conversation" with three different robots. First one asked all my details then said it was transferring me to someone else, second one asked me the questions I'd already answered and then transferred me to "Sara" who for a third time asked me the same questions, after more questions Sara said she was transferring me to an expert (really), I waited and waited but this expert didn't materialise and I was ignored, left high and dry. A few hours later I went back on the page, all the conversations were still there including Sara's promise...I was cut off!. This is extremely annoying and just not good enough. Back to my original question...how can I talk to a real living breathing human being?

Thanks for the advice to be honest if the UI was better I would not even be in this forum.  But thanks anyway.

If you are after advice, please start your own thread as each case is considered unique and it is easier for support to be given to one person per thread and also less confusing.
To start your thread click the Browse button, then Help With Your Service and select the appropriate category. You will then see a Blue Button "Start A Topic"
Please also note that you should only post back on that thread and not start another on the same topic as multiple posts cause delay to you and others seeking help.

Your lucky I can't even find the chat button despite the fact it says its at the top of the page.  To be honest I have had enough of Talk Talk so if anyone can point me to a page with advice on how to leave,  my contract is up so how hard can it be.  Or am I about to find out?
