Connection Dropped PON Light Flashing Green

Hi all, 

 

My connection randomly dropped ar 15:31 today and isn't back up. 

 

I've restarted everything and the PON light on my ONT box is flashing Green. I believe this means that everything is ok on the Openreach side of things and this is a service/account issue. My accounts in good standing. 

 

I've tried to do a line test to report a fault but this fails repeatedly. Can anyone help please? I'm hoping this is a temporary issue as I operate my tvs via the Internet and have autistic twin daughters 🤦‍♂️

Glad to hear it's working again. Hopefully it will be OK now but if you do experience any further problems please let us know

Hi Chris,

 

Thank you, yes its still down unfortunately and the PON light flashing green everything else looks normal. I was on chat for 2 hours last night and it ended with turn it off for 20 minutes and turn it back on.
