I have seen posts on this subject but cannot see any fixes. This is getting really annoying now as we need the internet to be working 24/7 and obviously that is what we are paying Talk Talk for. I have checked the homework settings and the kids settings but it is all turned off. This is happening so often now. Please can someone help. Thank you.

Ok, could you try adding HomeSafe/Kidsafe in your My Account please and once this shows as active then remove them again in My Account.

This is the only time that it doesn’t work at all. The router lights just look like they do normally. All very strange.

Can I just confirm, is only ever between 12-1 that this happens please? Do any lights change on the router? Do you see any error messages when you can't connect?

I have checked and both kid safe and homework are off

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you log into your My Account please and check your HomeSafe/KidSafe settings, particulary Homework Time.

Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in the profile area by going via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
