I put in an order for full fibre on the 18th of December and picked the installation date as required. other than the welcome to full fibre email i received i have had no contact and no equipment has been received, and the installation date is only a few days away.

The equipment often only arrives on the day / with the engineer, @marauder1838.

 

Still worth making contact with customer services for peace of mind.
