Settings for using Teams

I can't use Teams. My IT department thinks it is because any outside user cannot connect because they are blocked. How do I change the settings so that colleagues can contact me. Also my Hive has stopped working and I think this is due to the same problem.

Hi
We do not block teams across our network as this is a major communication tool used by about 90% of the organisations out there. Teams is working here, and also from my home PC across the TalkTalk network.
Your organisation may need to configure teams itself to allow external participants to connect.
You can also power off the router - and ONT if on full fibre for 30 minutes to clear the session and allow a new session to start, and then retest.
