I am about to upgrade to a full fibre 150 with the aeero 6 router.
I currently have a fibre 65 with two extenders that reaches all my house garage and office and gives a good signal runs my PC and provides internet to multiple devices
If the engineer cannot get the service in my property equal to or better than the current fiber 65 service without additional expenders or hubs can i simply tell them to uninstall it and replace what I had originally including my landline
All I asked for originally was a new tv package, but got involved with upgrading to this aeero 6. So if things don't work out I am still happy to keep the TV box but will keep my fibre 65 set up and just add that to my current package (at the new agreed price of course)
I tried asking the BOT but there's no response due to high volumes so I ask here

What sort of extenders do you mean? The eero is designed to operate best as part of a mesh system. It only has two ethernet ports, one of which is immediately taken up by the connection to the fibre box. You can expand on that with a simple ethernet switch. So if you are using powerline adapters you can get round it by that. If they are wireless, they likely won't work.
You cannot get the engineer to uninstall, it's a one way process.. You need to establish everything you need beforehand and if you find that Full Fibre is not for you at the moment because of the equipment involved then you need to cancel it ahead of time.

Deciding to go the Eero 6 Router route, will be a great new experience for you.
I don't know whether you currently have Full Fibre 65, or Part-Fibre 65
If you have Part-Fibre 65 (or FTTC 65), then a completely new fibre internet line will be installed to your premises.
If you already have Full Fibre 65 (or FTTP 65) , this step will be omitted, with Full Fibre 150.
Either way, you will then need to have an available mobile phone, onto which you will install a special Eero app, to allow you to set and maintain your new Eero devices network. This will feel much different from your current network.
I don't think your current extenders will work with Eero 6 Router.
So it's over to you.
Regarding going back to your old system after starting on the new system, I don't think it will be easy.
I think it's best for one, to find out more about the Eero system, before embarking.
