DVA not working on new full fibre install

I cannot get my DVA to work with my eero 6. New install with everything else working ok. Have tried all the suggested fixes at this end. Can someone help?

What lights are on the DVA?

 

Have you tried connecting the DVA directly to the oONT in place of the Eero and pressing the reset button? If that works then reconnect everything as it should be.
