Delayed installation

I was signed up by one of the talk talk team yesterday, he said I'd be given a provisional installation date and then I could change it to closer to when my current contract ran out which is December, he said I could book an install date for around mid November but the text reply service won't allow me to book it that far in advance

Unfortunately we can't book an engineer visit that far in advance.

 

I would suggest cancelling the order and placing this again at least 30 days before your current contract end date.
