I have added a device (a transceiver radio) to my network.
It appears correctly on the Device List but without an IP Address. So I have added an IP Reservation using an IP in the range of the other devices, 192.168.5.15, but there is no connection and Ping does no connect.
Is there something about IP Reservation....?

I have the device connected to my WLAN network. Doesn't that mean it has internet access?

That shows it as online, I am not really sure what the problem is. Does this device not have internet access or something? Can you please elaborate?

Yes it was a DHCP Reserved address which I entered within the DHCP Scope.
Eero6.
Connecting via wireless.

Hi @spaarks11
You should never apply a static IP address (unless you really mean a DHCP reserved IP address) within the IP address range (DHCP Scope). However, in this case, it sounds like this device is not connecting correctly to the router. Can you please remind me of the make/model of the router you have? Does this device connect via wireless or Ethernet?
