Land line not working

I upgraded to full fibre Voip in December 2023. As part of the upgrade a Sagecom router was installed and my landline phone connected to the router. I recently renewed the contract for this service and received a eero router. I cannot connect the phone to this router and was advised by Talktalk help desk to continue using the Sagecom router. My landline no longer works. I can make and receive calls, however neither party on the call can hear the other.

Do I need a voice adaptor so I can use the new eero router?

However, since you are already using the Sagecom router successfully for your landline, I recommend continuing to use it for your phone service to ensure that you can make and receive calls without issues. If you would like to use the eero router for your internet connection, you may need to set up a network configuration that allows both routers to work together, or you can keep the Sagecom router connected for your landline while using the eero for your internet needs.
