Trying to set Digital Voice App but can not see activation request on my account

Have seen this on TT website

The Digital Voice App is now only available to existing users who have already registered for access to the app. New registrations for new and existing customers are not possible at this time.

is this still current??

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
