About to go to Digital Voice (as the copper service is being withdrawn) but although I understand that I keep my original phone number, and can use my existing phone (with the HUB 2 - when it arrives) what I can't seem to work out is do you get charged for making outgoing calls via this 'new' service ?

If you use your landline phone a lot, you can add the unlimited calls boost which offers free calls to landlines and mobiles up to 60 min per call which is on offer a t £12 per month at the moment this can be used on the Voip service.

Thanks for the quick reply !
I should have guessed 🙄 I was, obviously, hoping that with the Broadband Fibre being paid for separately that maybe the phone calls wouldn't be 50p a minute . . .

Morning,
Normal charges would apply (same as copper service) when using the VOIP service. You just need to connect the phone to the green voice port on the back of the wifi hub2.
Thanks
Michelle
