Telephoned the help line and after a prolonged discussion with 3 people, I do not have the correct router to allow digital voice. The updated router ( with a telephone connection port) is now being sent to me; delivery expected within 3 to 5 days!
My landline service  is no longer working, which is extremely inconvenient!

Thank you!

Received the new Router today, and now it’s up and running with my phone is connected to the Digital system.
Thankfully switching the Router wasn’t as complicated as I feared. My coping skills aren’t great at the moment, and new advancements in technology seem too daunting for me to understand and process these days. 

Anyway it was 3 days without the phone line, and I’m extremely glad to have the service back.

Thanks to everyone who helped and supported me.

Thanks for updating your profile. It looks as though a router was ordered earlier today so it should hopefully be dispatched tonight
