I’ve moved from BT to TalkTalk on the full fibre option. When I was with BT I used an ASU’s Ax1100 router. Following the move to TalkTalk and some issues with firmware updates, I shifted to the Eero units that came from Talk Talk. I think they’re pretty decent but I have some issues with a black spot. I have a Ring outdoor light which previously connected on my ASUS no problem. With the Eeros it barely if at all connects. I think I need an additional unit to tackle this black spot. Can I ask what’s the options for getting one. Will TalkTalk provide this or would I need to purchase one independently?

Hi Matt,
Thanks for confirming. I've included a Help Guide below, there is an option to Live Chat the team directly to discuss additional eeros.

Hi Michelle.
I currently have 2 eero units. Previously when I had BT and I had their disc extenders, I needed 3 of these to get full coverage. Which is why I then bought the more powerful ASUS router. Is there the option to have more eeros?

Hi Matt,
Can I just confirm, how many eeros do you currently have please?
Thanks

Thank you I’ve added my account info. Like I said the Eero devices for the most part have been great delivering about 550mb on the various devices. It’s just this one black spot.
