Thank you. I tried to log in to the router by entering the ip address into search bar but there is no username or password on the router.

Hi
The router will have both 2.4ghz and 5Ghz Wi-Fi bands. Any device that only uses 2.4ghz will only connect to the 2.4Ghz band.
If having difficulty or you wish to separate the bands, you can log into the router and rename the Wi-Fi channels to keep them separate.

I should have dualband broadband in order to connect devices to either 2.4ghz or 5 ghz. I can't figure out how to add my doorbell camera to 2.4 which is the only ghz it will work on.
