I have a pretty-much working wifi hub2 which I would like to replace with the eero router (to see whether it fixes the internet drop-outs we are having several times a week).
TalkTalk have sent me an eero router, however it won't pickup an internet connection. Apparently there are some changes required to my connection setup for it to work? Seems similar situation to this:

Hi JeffT,
I've requested a profile change, could you give it an hour and then try the eero again
Thanks

Sounds like it will be the issue then! Thanks.

If your full fibre is provided by CityFibre, then yes, you may be on the wrong profile & it will prevent the eero from working. I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and check this for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
