Hi, so an engineer was supposed to come out today to install my upgrade from fibre 65 to fibre 150. Waited in all and nothing just a reminder message. My account is also still showing i am on fibre 65.

I have no idea to be honest, the upgrade was for full fibre 150, my package is fibre 65 though.
