Morning,
I’m aware that there are other threads of a similar nature but can’t find a resolution.
i noticed early last month prior to an engineer resolving connection issues that my account had switched off kid safe settings.
when I went to turn back on, selecting all the options available to block, it returns with a ‘technical issue’ as per photo attached.
Since my connection issue was resolved,
I’ve continued to try and switch kidsafe back on but it still doesn’t work due to the technical issue error.
I am able to access adult themed webpages so I know that it’s not switched on.
please can anyone shed some light about when this might be resolved?
I’ve been checking the blocks on individual devices but it would be much easier for peace of mind if this setting directly from the router could work as it used to.
thanks,
Jo

Thanks @Gliwmaeden2
I meant having the internet searches secured from the source (router) instead of keeping an eye on individual internet browser settings etc would be more beneficial for peace of mind.
So essentially, I am to continue to monitor by myself, that’s fine.
thanks for your help

Supersafe controls individual devices, but Homesafe is controlled via My Account, @Jolie1.

All instructions I've seen are for it being controlled at My Account, rather than you going into your router directly.
These issues take as long as they take to fix, sadly.
