Order placed a month ago. So far I have received one VOIP the other week.

But I have still not received the full order:

Digital Voice Adaptor 2 x eero Pro 6s

 

Also the engineer will arrive very soon on Thursday (30/01/2025)

 

I am not able to go through TalkTalk bot>agent chat either, so have posted this issue here.

Equipment can arrive up to 24hrs prior to the installation. Please let us know how you get on.

They should arrive in the next day or so, alternatively the installer may bring them on the day.

The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
