Hi, a few weeks back I went through support to change my FTTC package (which the contract had ended in 2014) to FTTP. The engineer and go live date is this Friday 31st Jan, however I still haven't received the router and digital voice and no email saying it has been even dispatched yet.

Equipment can come just a day before, or with the engineer, on the day, @GeorgeDuff.
