FTTP install, Router Not Delivered

Hi, a few weeks back I went through support to change my FTTC package (which the contract had ended in 2014) to FTTP. The engineer and go live date is this Friday 31st Jan, however I still haven't received the router and digital voice and no email saying it has been even dispatched yet.

The router order is progressing and you should receive it this week.

Equipment can come just a day before, or with the engineer, on the day, @GeorgeDuff.
