I have had the above installed, and have activated the mobile phone app.
however when we get a incoming call only the mobile brings. my question is should both phones ring (home and mobile)
It is acting like call divert to my mobile, is this correct ?

Yes both mobile and home phone should ring but think the mobile can ring first. If you answer your home phone when the mobile rings are you able to take the call?Chris
