Hi I am about to go onto a Full Fibre 500 with VOIP.
i have just received my eero pro 6 router, but their is nowhere to plug in my home phone directly to the router.
Should I also have a Digital Voice Connection Box, that would allow my home phone to be plugged in and keep my home number?
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi Keith and thank you for your swift reply.
I actually managed to get through to TalkTalk new orders and spoke with a really helpful agent.
He agrees that I should have received a Grandstand Digital Voice Adapter with my Eero Router, but somehow it got missed.
He says that he has spoken to the relevant department and they are sending one out asap. so fingers crossed.
Thanks again - Frank

Normally FF500 is data only, unless you have negotiated to include Digital Voice. If you have, then you should have been provided with a Grandstream DVA unit, which has one phone connection & it connects to the router via an Ethernet cable.
I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and check the order status for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first & last names, broadband phone number & if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-
Personal Profile > Personal Information
Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.
