Every day since installation around 7pm my speeds just drop to 5-12mb instead of 900, wired connection, followed the steps for disconnecting ont and eero for 30 mins multiple times over multiple days, live chat doesnt work just says Go back to the previous page or log in to continue your conversation. - but I only have 1 window open and I'm logged in. Ran test again 10 mins ago and again says might be a fault with the line. Can someone please help me?
Edit: I've just ran a speed test and its 9mb and its 1pm so its throughout the day

Sorry for the delay. Is the speed still low at the moment? Would it be possible to remove the router and run a wired speed test directly at the ONT so we can see if the speeds are low coming into the property or just at the router please?

It was OR it's connected wired through the ont and to the router, haven't checked eero for the into ont speed

Just to confirm, is this an OR connection or City Fibre install?
Is it just connected wired at the ONT with the router removed its slow all the time or just after 7pm
