Fibre To To Premises

Hi, Openreach have installed fibre to the premises to some of our neighbours, and I'm interested in having it installed here too.  Openreach's web-site says I have to contact my ISP, i.e. Talk Talk, to enquire about having it installed, so could you please advise me on what process to follow?  (NB I see that other community members refer to having received a letter from Openreach, but we have next to no postal service at the moment, and I haven't received any mail from Openreach.)

Thanks.

From the page I linked to earlier? Did you click "start" first?

Thanks again - your prompt replies are much appreciated.  I've stopped ad and pop-up blockers and there is certainly an improvement but I still don't see an option "To get full fibre".  The site generally sends me scatty, especially as I lose my place when I'm told to log in, and access to the community help pages isn't designed intuitively.   Having said that, your replies have helped a lot, and in particular have given me a route to talk to someone at TalkTalk about my specific question.  I'll do that.

By the way, some TalkTalk links and web pages do not play nice if you have ad and pop up blockers enabled, so disable those if necessary.

OK. I just tested the chat link on that page. One of the options is "To get full fibre" have you tried that? Alternatively, you can call 0345 172 0088.

Thank you.  I've followed this link but I was redirected to a blank page when I tried to check availability at my address, as that seemed the logical thing to do.  As I can see that FTTP is available in my area (as neighbours have had it installed), that result doesn't take me forwards.  The chatbot is useless as it isn't sufficiently refined to answer my specific question.  Is it possible to speak to a real person to see how to kick start the  process, please?
