Fibre connection not working, after unplugged then plugged back in.

All working fine yesterday. 

 

Unplugged today as I'm having some building work completed. 

 

Since then orange/white flashing light on the router 

And on the fibre modem the power light is green, and ethernet light is also green, broadband light is not lit which points to that as a problem, but unable to fix it. 

 

I've tried unplugging then plugging back in, in both sequences. 

I've reset the modem box. None of that's working. 

 

Help please!

Hi,

 

Try turning the ONT and router off for 30 minutes to enable a new session and retry.

 

If that doesn't work please let us know.
